What materials can you cut?
Almost anything — aluminum, stainless, tool steel, titanium, Inconel and other hard alloys, plus granite, marble, sandstone, tile, glass, carbon fiber, composites, foil, and wood.
How thick can you cut?
Up to about 7 inches for most materials, down to thin foils and shim stock.
How tight are your tolerances?
We hold ±0.002 inch, part-to-part, on our OMAX 60120 CNC waterjet.
Does waterjet cutting leave a heat-affected zone?
No. Waterjet is a cold process — there's no warping, no burning, and no hardened edge to machine off afterward.
Do I need a CAD file?
No. A CAD file (DXF, DWG, etc.) is ideal, but a clear drawing or a hand sketch with dimensions works too. We'll help turn it into a clean cut.
Do you do one-off parts or only production runs?
Both — a single custom piece or a full production run, with the same care and competitive pricing.
